“How do you do it?” Ivan asked.
“What?” I asked.
“How do you live life so carelessly? You’re satisfied with so little.”
I smiled and said, “Easy. It’s a choice.”

“What?” I asked.

I smiled and said, “Easy. It’s a choice.”
As the years go by, I feel freer living with less. As I release material things, as I stop spending money on clothes and unnecessary things, I notice how much more lightweight I feel. I am remembering that LOVE is all I really need.
When you take care of yourself, when you start to love yourself and put compassion around yourself, it will reflect in your ‘external world.’ The Universe will ALWAYS take care of you when you take care of yourself. There is absolutely no distinction between within and without!
I’ve also been really disassociating with my body. All the compliments I get on my body I’m adopting the ‘So what?’ mentality.
So what? It’s just a body.
